What is the capacity of your event place? 
  • Resort Main Hall & Pool and Garden can accommodate a max. of 180 pax & Sky Hall and Sky Garden can accommodate a max. of 120 pax.
Do you offer outside catering?
  • Yes we do! You may direct your inquiries to [email protected] or search LeBlanc Catering and Events

What time can I check-in and check-out?
  • Our standard check-in time is 2PM and check-out is at 12NN​
Do you allow early check-in and late check-out?
  • We honor requests for early check-in and late check-out subject to room availability on the day itself. If available, we charge P500/hr
Do you have in-house restaurant?
  • Yes! The Bistro by LeBlanc is open from 6AM-10AM during weekdays and 6AM-12MN during weekends.
Are you pet-friendly?
  • We do not allow pets inside the hotel. However, pets are welcome in the al fresco area of The Bistro. 
Can I store my luggage?
  • Yes, we have a storage area for your luggage. Kindly inform the front desk for assistance. 
How much is your security deposit?
  • We have a security  deposit per room based on the period of your stay. 
  • 1-2 nights: P1,000 | 3-5 nights: P2,000 | 6-10 nights: P5,000
Do you have a parking space ?
  • Yes we do! Parking is FREE and on a first come first serve basis.
What is your smoking policy?
  • All of our rooms are NON-SMOKING. A designated smoking area is available outside the hotel. 
Do you have WI-FI?
  • Stay connected with our free WI-FI inside the hotel. 
What is your linen and damage policy? 
  • Please note that additional charges are applicable for linen stains including towels, flat sheets, duvet covers, pillows resulting from blood stains, oils, food stains, make-up, hair colors, shoe polish, etc. for special cleaning or replacement of the damaged article.  Additional charges may apply for broken or missing items. 
Do you have a gym?
  • We do not have a gym inside the hotel but all guests gave free access to Anytime Fitness located in the Robinsons Mall Antipolo from 7AM-7PM. 
Do you have massage services?
  • We have a room service massage. Kindly coordinate with our front desk to reserve your preferred time.
Do you offer an airport shuttle service?
  • We have an airport shuttle for P8,000 to pick you up from the airport to the hotel and vice versa. Please reserve 1 week in advance.
